Individual use is invisible to the employer

Employers never learn who used coaching, or when. This is a platform-level guarantee, not a policy promise.

Per-user envelope encryption

Every user's personal content — journals, documents, conversations — is encrypted with their own key. Cryptographic erasure on request.

k-anonymity before any metric

No aggregated number is ever shown above a cohort size that could identify an individual. k=5 is the floor.

Contractual confidentiality

Coaches are bound by the same clinical-grade confidentiality they carry in private practice. Nothing flows back to the employer.
